1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through Music & More Events ApS ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket on our website, you ("customer", "you", "your") confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Service Description
We sell electronic tickets for concerts and live events. Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Payment
- We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay.
- Payment will be charged to your card immediately upon purchase (i.e., when you complete checkout). A ticket is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed.
- Your card will not be charged any amount greater than what you approved at checkout.
4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email and contact details provided at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for undelivered tickets caused by incorrect customer information.
5. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, and venue specified. Tickets may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred unless expressly permitted by the event organiser.
Cancellation, Refund and Event Change Policy
6. Cancellation by the Customer
Tickets are non‑refundable once purchased, as they reserve a seat or spot for a specific event.
7. Cancellation or Change by Music & More Events ApS
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or otherwise change events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness of performers, venue issues, government restrictions, or force majeure.
- Full cancellation: In case of full cancellation of an event by Music & More Events ApS, you are entitled to a full refund, including the ticket price (excluding any third-party charges outside our control). Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase.
- Rescheduled events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date and wish a refund, you may request it within 14 days of our announcement of the change.
- Significant changes: If the venue or main performer is changed but the core nature of the event remains substantially the same, refunds are not automatically provided. If the change is significant in our judgement, you may request a refund.
- For any approved refund requests, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
- To request a refund, please contact us via the contact information provided on our Contact us page (email or phone), and quote your email, ticket number and reason for refund.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Customer Responsibilities
9. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate contact and payment information at checkout. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.
10. Behaviour at Events
Attendees must comply with all venue rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone who engages in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
Liability
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs, personal property loss or damage, or third‑party service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the ticket, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be subject to Danish courts unless mandatory consumer protection provisions dictate otherwise.
13. Complaints/Customer Claims/Disputes
- If you have any complaints, e.g. regarding payment, ticket delivery, refund, or event changes, please contact us at info@musicandmoreevents.com or by phone at +45 26 23 91 65 as soon as possible.
- In your complaint, include your full name, email and ticket number, and a detailed description of the issue. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days.
- If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may make use of your statutory consumer rights under Danish law. All disputes are subject to the laws of Denmark and to the jurisdiction of Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions dictate otherwise.
